Terms of Service
The rules for using AXO.
These terms govern account access, subscriptions, acceptable use, ownership, public share links, disclaimers, and liability for customers who use AXO to run agent accessibility benchmarks.
Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AXO, the Agent Accessibility Optimization service, including the website, dashboard, APIs, reports, and related functionality.
By accessing or using AXO, you agree to these Terms. If you are using AXO on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. You may use AXO only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Use a valid sign-in method and keep your credentials and devices secure.
- Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or intended product access rules.
- Promptly notify AXO if you believe your account or a public report link has been compromised.
Service Description and Availability
AXO provides tools that benchmark website accessibility and usability for AI agents by running checks, generating reports, and surfacing recommendations. Results may depend on third-party model providers, target-site changes, runtime conditions, and the configuration you select.
AXO may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. AXO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available in its current form.
Fees, Credits, and Billing
Some AXO features require a paid subscription or consume plan credits. Billing is processed through Stripe or another designated payment provider.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- Credit allotments, usage caps, and feature availability depend on your current plan.
- You authorize AXO and its billing providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, and adjustments using your selected payment method.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable and unused credits do not carry independent cash value.
Customer Content and Permissions
You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts, website selections, notes, and other content you submit to AXO. You grant AXO a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit content to AXO, instruct AXO to analyze the websites you provide, and allow AXO to process that information through the service and its subprocessors.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AXO in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to AXO, other users, or third parties.
- Do not use AXO to access, test, or interfere with systems or data you are not authorized to analyze.
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not reverse engineer, bypass safeguards, overload the platform, or attempt to extract source code or non-public system details except where restricted by law from being waived.
- Do not use AXO outputs to knowingly misrepresent benchmark results, impersonate others, or facilitate fraud, harassment, or unlawful conduct.
Outputs, Public Links, and Third Parties
AXO reports and recommendations are generated using automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or dependent on changing external conditions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, technical, legal, compliance, or accessibility decisions.
If you create a public share link, anyone with that link may be able to access the related report until the link is revoked or the underlying content is removed. AXO is not responsible for disclosures caused by your decision to share a public link.
AXO relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, billing, browsing, and model execution. Their separate terms and policies may also apply to portions of the service experience.
Intellectual Property
AXO and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for rights you retain in your own submitted content.
Subject to these Terms, AXO grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business purposes in accordance with your plan and applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using AXO at any time. AXO may suspend or terminate access immediately if AXO reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could harm AXO or others.
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those related to payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related matters, will survive.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXO provides the service on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that outputs will be error-free or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of AXO.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXO's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to AXO for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.
Updates to These Terms
AXO may update these Terms from time to time. When changes become effective, AXO will post the revised Terms with a new last-updated date and may provide additional notice if the changes are material.
Your continued use of AXO after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms should be sent through the contact method made available in the AXO service or related billing communications.
